**DUE TO COVID-19, THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES**
There are no refunds, only store credit.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery to obtain store credit.
Items excluded for return include the following:
· Swimwear
· Body suits
· Undergarments
· Accessories
· Sales Items – FINAL SALE
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order information as well as details about the item in which you would like to return.
Items are to be returned free of stains, damages, and odors. Items are also to be returned with all labels intact.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the monetary responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) being returned is a result of Solemi’s error. If there is a defect on our behalf, please call or e-mail to speak with representative prior to sending in package.
Solemi is not responsible for lost/unclaimed packages.
Priority Mail packages are shipping with signature confirmation as well as insurance.
If a package is unclaimed, USPS will return the package back to Solemi and we will contact you immediately. Please note that in the event a package is to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the reshipping charges.
If you have received our items as a gift and in need of returning, you will receive store credit for the amount of return.
When shipping items to us, please make sure tracking number is obtained on your behalf through the carrier.
When Solemi has received your item(s), they will be thoroughly evaluated. From there, we will notify you based on whether or not your request is accepted or denied.
